What we do for you
When you book an Adventure Travel with Adventure Heart, we follow the booking procedure described below. Using our timeline described in the Adventure Confirmation, you will always know when you get the next letter from us.

We help you with everything you need for your trip. We connect you to your travel companions, send a packing list, and give you detailed information about the country which you are travelling to.

Airfare is not included. Please advise the details of the flights you book, so that we can communicate them to our partner on-ground. Travel insurance is needed. Please ensure that your insurance covers all included activities. 

If there is more we can do to make your preparation easier, we are always ready to assist you.

Your dream - your gap year

Booking Procedure
Once you have booked your trip you will receive a Confirmation, and after paying the deposit of Euro 410 and registration and illness cancellation fee of Euro 125 you will be guaranteed a place. Then you will receive your Starting Pack containing a to-bring list, application form, travel conditions and information about the country. 8 weeks prior to departure you will receive the Invoice, and the invitation to our departure meeting for the group and 3 weeks prior to departure your Departure Letter containing detailed day-to-day program, participant list and departure information will follow. We gladly help you with advice on everything from vaccinations to visa and pocket money.
